My fur babies have always been taken to this vet and they have always had the best treatment. The vets and nurses are so kind and funny they always make me feel at ease. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything you do . Xxxx

Very simply described. I was delivered DEAD roses on Valentines day. The girl on the phone apologised but thats it! Absolutely disgusted with lack of service. Was the delivery person completely blind??? The flowers were obviously extremely dead and i have the photos to prove it. 3 Days later and still no refund or follow up phone call. This was the first time my husband could afford to send me flowers on Valentines day and you ruined it. Have told EVERYBODY I know in person and on the world wide web. Extremely poor form.
