Rare to find help in a pharmacy that is genuine. Most times people behind the counters are just quoting info from the back of the packs, but at this pharmacy the staff are really helpful and offer advice on products and also what is good value for money.
Great, wide menu and the fresh cakes are delicious. Coffee is always great and you can linger over lunch without annoying waiters hassling you all the time.
The food here is exceptional - fresh ingredients, different takes on traditional menu items and coffee is always great. Each time I visit and if I order the same thing it is presented differently - shows an individual touch rather than 'cookie cutting' meals.
Our pooches have gone there a few times - these are our kennels of choice. They have areas set aside to kennel big dogs separately from little dogs, but our two are always housed together (a Shih Tzu and a Groodle). They are very affordable, are loving towards dogs (many of the staff there are volunteers) and our boys are always returned to us safe and happy. One time our little Shih Tzu was unwell and they went out of their way to contact our "emergency contact" and then arrange a vet to check him out - it wasn't too expensive at all either. I can't praise this team enough for the way they care for animals. They now offer a special "play time" one on one with your dog, in addition to their normal exercise sessions which are great. On Fridays they offer hydro baths as well.

We have (or rather did have) a troublesome groodle called Barney. I contacted Sam at Take a Paws, had a good conversation over the phone about Barney's problems (or rather our problems) and then Sam came over on a Saturday two weeks later. After speaking with Sam I felt completely confident that Barney would learn to behave and confident in Sam's training techniques. In only a few minutes with Sam on the Saturday we could see immediate improvements in Barney. Sam's technique is so logical, common sense and practical.

Never disappoints! The staff at this store are really nice and friendly, always having a laugh and always talk to you. The range of flavours is great, always changing. But I can't go past the Rocky Road cone (with choc coating)! Ace!

You are swamped for choices, but in the end you know that you will taste the ice cream and wished you had tried something else. It doesn't really taste that great, nothing that you couldn't do yourself with a tub of Peter's and a few lollies. It is really expensive for ice cream too.

The staff are always really helpful when carrying out a 20kg bag of dog food. I like the way they leave you alone to browse and don't try to do the hard sell! They have a great range of bulk dog food (for big brutes) and a range of ace fluffy stuff for small dogs! Their cat poles/tunnels/climbing things is great.
We have a over-excited dog who went in to the "Reactive Rover" class. He is taking a while to progress through the class, he is soooooo distracted by other dogs, but he is improving. Our trainer is so patient and tries lots of training methods that might be suitable for our boy.

This is an over the top Japanese experience. From the time you leave your shoes at the door, through to the traditional Japanese dinner, then to the traditional Japanese breakfast it is amazing. The food is superb. The rooms are an experience with traditional Japanese decor. While you are at dinner the staff rearrange your room to put a futon on the floor for your bed. Exquisite. Dinner is an additional charge to the room tariff.
