Totally unprofessional response from them both to several emails and phone calls to just secure tracking and delivery of my purchases.
Jacinta basically told me to go away . I was rude and not appreciative of her .

One of the biggest warehouses for pets' food & supplies including accessories, toys and books.
Prices for the hay and straw for small animals are cheaper than other places. They are $6.80-$7.50 for a big bag.
They even packed the bulk guinea pig/rabbit food at 1kg, 3kg or 10kg.

This is good for people who own pets to purchase food and accessories at a cheaper price.

A nice place to buy all your pets needs, there a section for most pets. There are no pets sold at this store, so makes its a quiet, easy store to get what you need and get out. Very nice, smells and looks clean, responible price on most good and the best thing is that my little dog can go in and choose what she wants as pets are welcome in the store.

Great pet store offering an amazing range of products; no-one pushing just one brand. Good fresh product too. Good advice and assistance. Rewards program offered, probably for most major brands of bulk pet food.

I go to this store regularly to purchase bulk cat and dog food. They have a deal on Royal Canin that after 9 bags of food, your 10th is free. I think this is incredibly generous and I don't know any other pet food suppliers who offer deals like that. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's always a pleasure to go there. One thing: parking is terrible!

Great shop. They have everything you could want. They also have fresh meat and you can take your pets into the store with you. Staff are very friendly (although it can get very busy on weekends are car parking is limited). Prices are fairly standard and sometimes I find a bit expensive.

this place is realllly great for pet owners, i bought food for my pets all from that shop, the staff there are really helpfull, they ask if u need help a few times, so u are always looked after, so dont worry about carrying heavy kilos of food for your pets,

Mega Pet Warehouse always have really good quality pet foods there. We regually get the chicken mince for our dog and its always really good. They have great variety of pet products and the staff are very friendly.

I visit this store all the time and have found them to be fabulous. Very Cheap and the biggest range of dog toys, beds, treats etc. Pretty much most foods are available. You won't find better variety. Staff are very helpful if you need assistance and I've had no trouble exchanging a collar which was too big, even though it was on sale.

The staff are always really helpful when carrying out a 20kg bag of dog food. I like the way they leave you alone to browse and don't try to do the hard sell! They have a great range of bulk dog food (for big brutes) and a range of ace fluffy stuff for small dogs! Their cat poles/tunnels/climbing things is great.
