Very friendly service always quick to look at little things if you just show up or call. Have found them very expensive for just a general service compared to other places around. And disappointed with their phone responses, called to make an appointment and didn't get a returned call for 5 days.

food here is delicious- everytime i go i order something different and have yet to be disapoointed. they are accommodating of kids and you dont feel like you need to rush even though the queue to get in goes around the corner. the coffee is good. big size and strong. the cocktails are great. is a little pricey but pays for it in the atmosphere

one in margaret river one in cowaramup. if you can make the drive to cowaramup the value is much beta 2 dollars for a huge kids cone and a fabulous playground. needs some shade sails gets very hot in summer. icecream is good. some flavours are a little soapy but most are delicious
