i only requested a free quote, to which i was replied back very rudely, telling me any other caterer would've ingored me as i only had 15-20 people. very uneducated and unprofessional.

This florist called me (the recipient) to let me know i was getting flowers delivered after my work hours. Never received them and the flower sender called them to complain and get a refund so the next day money was taken out of his account. 3 days later, still no flowers.............
