I was very disappointed in the service I received from this salon. Went in for the long hair treatment which was described on website as taking less than an hour including a complimentary trim. I was seen by at least 4 different stylists which lead to communication breakdown. The service ended up taking over an hour and when I asked for a trim at the end they said I only asked for the treatment, although I specifically asked for a trim multiple times. I ended up being charged $55 even though the website said $45. Will not be returning.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received today from JC. I got a no nonsense quote and was given time to consider my options and then received a call back to sign up for my health insurance plan. The advice was great, the service was friendly and very time efficient. I really appreciated that they understood my needs as a consumer and respected by decision making process.
