Hornsby pool is great, can get very busy in the holidays and weekends, but as an alternative to heading to the beach, it is a great way to cool off. The earlier you get there the less crowded it is, and plenty of space in the grandstands.

The art of hair has great staff who know their stuff. You get what you pay for here, as it is quite expensive, but you will get a good cut/colour etc.

Good place to head for a drink a after work. Staff can vary in their willingness to serve you, and the speed at which they do. Overall the place is fit-out well, and comfortable.

Helpful staff, who are well informed about their specialised area. The prices all seem reasonable and the products are varied. As a girl, a few of the staff looked at me as if i wouldn't know anything about building materials - little did they know.

Great store, if not a little on the expensive side. But i found all the materials i was after and in record time. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is the only local place i know to go ten pin bowling. It is always a fun and entertaining way to spend an afternoon. It can be good value if you can find the supermarket docket vouchers for AMF.

Good range of Asian groceries. Although the prices are also creeping up but it is still a good value supermarket. Staff not very helpful with locating products, as unable to leave till area.

Lovely products, and a big range of candles. Although it is quite a specific market, you would only go in knowing what you were wanting to buy. The small gift i bought went down a treat, and the recipient was very happy.

Large store, almost too big to find anything in. Good value deals at sale time. I hate lining up to pay though, as the queues can be massive, and they only seem to have a couple of staff members on the tills, and the others just seem to be standing around not doing much.

Telstra is known to be at the high end of the market in terms of value, so the products are all a little more expensive than expected. Staff were reasonably helpful, but there is room for improvement.
