Everytime I call up with a problem I get very helpful and friendly people and the problem is fixed right away. Get great deals. Was on a 2 year contracted and wanted to change plans early and they let me off paying the exit fee's.

Very happy with optus and my telephone and internet package and also house phone for $100 a month. No problems and reccomend to my famiy and friends
