Everytime I call up with a problem I get very helpful and friendly people and the problem is fixed right away. Get great deals. Was on a 2 year contracted and wanted to change plans early and they let me off paying the exit fee's.

We bought teenaged son a phone for Christmas and due to disability, son can't use the keyboard, we wanted to return the phone and upgrade and are STILL waiting for Crazy John's to reply to our requests for an exchange.The store said to enquire online, then online said to go back to the store, we went back only to be told it's to be dealt with online. Still no service or reply to numerous messages and emails from their "service" and it's been 10 days. The help line number just hangs up on you continually.
