On arriving we were greeted with the manager berating a staff member in front of us. He had been asked to do something while he was obviously busy serving customers with their drinks. We were shown to a small table right outside the toilet door in a walkway despite having booked a week earlier and mentioning that it was a special occasion. The food, once it arrived was bland and ordinary, disappointing considering the price tag. The young staff were very busy but still remained very polite and tried their best.
The staff are extremely polite and friendly, and try very hard to find the DVD you are looking for. If you need a present for a friend they make excellent suggests and also have gift cards available. They don't try and hurry you up or push you to make a purchase and even if you are just making an inquiry you are still treated with respect.
