Over and over again I walk in their door for advice that Apple should offer me for free but charge me, over and over I walk out with my support issue resolved at NO COST! It blows my mind each time. They are always busy yet have time for every customer. My family and I have found them to be extremely honest during repair when more than once we've collected something paying LESS than originally quoted. I genuinely can't speak more highly of this lot. Quality repairs, friendly service, lovely staff.

I've had numerous repairs & (free) advice from these guys. What I appreciate most is their honesty!

Had a water-damaged phone that was 'treated' & came back to life, they could have told me they had to replace parts because the phone was dead when I brought it in but instead they said all it needed was the treatment, which was $50!

Similarly, I went in to have my charging dock replaced another time, they cleaned it & it worked! They didn't charge me a thing!

They are also honest with cost of repairs & have explained to me once that I am better off replacing than repairing because the price would be similar - they could just do the work & take my money but it seems like customer satisfaction is number one to them.

Very rare to see a business ran this way these days. Well done to all - Simon, Zoe and the technicians for being so fast!
