Blocked sewer pipe, did the job BUT very, very expensive be warned!! once they are there to do the job you are sort of obligated but they certainly take the s@#t out of you?

Sadly did not meet with our expectations & the result we had explained to us by the salesman and have had to remove the slatted base, also have had to purchase a memory foam top to reach the comfort we had expected from our original purchase.Overall very disappointed. I was asked to contact the CEO of the company direct which i did but never heard back from him so have no choice but to put this on line. If anyone wants a slatted base for a queen size bed it's cheap.
