If you're after a hidden gem and want to surprise your partner, why not take them down to Sorenzo in Meadowbank? I've had the pleasure to speak with the original manager who says that their head chef has worked in 5 star international hotels and specialises in presentation. No doubt when the dishes are served to you, you will be in amazement of how well all the dishes are presented. The food is top notch and the Wagyu is of excellent quality. When you go there, do try the mango smoothie drink. My partner and I get it all the time whenever we dine there.

I use Duy to do my personal tax. Duy is very particular with how he prepares your tax return. He does everything legitimately and ensures that he maximises your return. He will go out of his way to point out any flaws that he can see in your personal or sole trading business - so much to the point where he will get you to re-do your calculations just so they're right before he enters them into the tax system. Highly recommended.
I've had the pleasure to work with the branch's lending manager for my property and I must say the he was really helpful from the start to the very end after settlement. He ensured that I was aware of what I was getting and answered all my questions in full detail. When I questioned about certain requirements I wanted out of my home loan, he offered cheaper alternatives that worked in my favour. I will definitely see these guys again for my next property purchase.
I use Ken Lam Lawyers specifically to purchase a property. His english is well spoken and he will guide you through the whole process. He lays things out in layman terms and will cover all areas and caveats with your contract. He will let you know what can be expected and what will happen if things do not go to plan so that you are well aware the buying process.
I will definitely use him again, hands down.
Freedom furniture is one of the stores that you have to visit when moving into a new house or apartment. They do not offer discounts, however if you purchase over $5,000 worth of items, they will give you gift cards to use within the store.
These guys literally are the pioneer of real-estate management surrounding the Merrylands area. I've had the opportunity to deal with several of their sales reps as well as my building's strata manager and they are open, communicative and fantastic to deal with. Sending them an email for an enquiry is no hassles as well as they respond pretty quickly. I believe it's part of their policy to do so. Definitely give these guys a go.
CMS is a one man army who promises to deliver. I moved into a new apartment and he supplied and fitted a fire-rated Lockwood 001 deadlock at the cheapest price after I obtained quotes from 10 different locksmiths around my area. He takes his shoes off as he enters your home and places a plastic dropsheet underneath your door before he drills. He takes the rubbish away with him after he's done. Now that's service, no doubt!
The queues here are pretty long. If you work in the area and need to get to this post office, try and come during peak times. Even though they have at least five staff working at the counter at a time, they queue moves very slowly.
If you are after a specific import car, you cannot fault the service of IMG. They have particular taste and uphold the highest standards when it comes to quality and price. They ensure that the cars they put out on their stocklist meet an 'excellent to as-new' condition. Mainly stock super cars and JDM imports, if you are considering purchasing an import, you cannot go past these guys.
An awesome fruit market if you're after specific ingredients. They stock the freshest produce and sell some hard to find items as well. While there take a breather and have a cake or a gelato.
