I was trying to find a rental within the area and Starr partners were very helpful and nice in responding to my phone calls about available accommodation.Only the one of many in the area,that actually were helpful and nice.
called into office to see if they had any rentals.the lady was nice and spoke to me about what rental i am looking for..Very nice lady with great communication skills..was not able to help me but thought i would leave them good feedback.
Starr Blacktown is the worst agent I've ever used! our property manager always dodges calls. Never reply emails until you catch them in the office. I am exhausted to play games with them. No Starr in my life any more!!!

These guys literally are the pioneer of real-estate management surrounding the Merrylands area. I've had the opportunity to deal with several of their sales reps as well as my building's strata manager and they are open, communicative and fantastic to deal with. Sending them an email for an enquiry is no hassles as well as they respond pretty quickly. I believe it's part of their policy to do so. Definitely give these guys a go.
