Rude, inefficient and not accountable.
Do not hire this plumber. He arrived with dirty hands and left greasy marks everywhere he worked. Removed and did not replace an anti hammer washer, leaving us with a terrible case of pipe hammer and hot taps that we couldn’t regulate, resulting in us being scalded in the shower. He charged us to return to reinstall the correct washers and we also had him do another small job. One of the shower taps is now leaking, so his washer/o-ring hasn’t even lasted 3 months and when we said we shouldn’t have to pay a third time for another call out fee, he got nasty, told us to get another plumber and hung up.
Paul was punctual, communicated well, was professional, problem solved and found solutions, answered all questions and explained in detail the scope of works necessary to complete the repairs. He did a great job and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend his services.
