I decided to try out a new Indian Restaurant in Penrith. My expectations weren't high as I was happy to try out the closest place to where I was parked. A meal for myself cost nearly $40, without drinks, so in my opinion was excessive. This was 1 Main chicken meal, rice & a cheese naan.
I was prepared to accept this if the food was above standard which it wasn't. When I complained that my Cheese Naan was cold, both "Chefs" came out to try to lay blame on me, as well as refuse to offer a replacement or refund. I had of course taken a bite out of the rubbery Naan, which proved to be a mistake in my effort to claim a refund. One "Chef" offered to Re-Heat it! When you spend $6 on a bit of cheesy bread, you expect it to be the best damn cheesy bread you've ever eaten.
In the end I offered to never set foot in their restaurant again if they weren't prepared to offer a replacement, of which they accepted. Their loss as I eat Indian quite frequently. I also notice they have their business for sale, listing poor returns! Unsurprising really & certainly not a sound investment if you expect repeat custom.

This Pub is clean & comfortable. The meals from their Kitchen are fabulous & they have specials every day & night. You can't beat their Chicken Schnitzels.
This is a new Florist in Southlands Shopping Centre. They have a lovely range of flowers and gifts and seemed to handle Mothers Day well. Friendly staff & good prices. Hopefully they continue to do well.
An excellent all round takeaway store. Their fish and chips are always tasty & there service is good. Their opening hours are not great as they seem to close early in the evening, often before I get a chance to buy food. Well worth trying.
I've ordered from here a number of times and have been satisfied with what I've received. Although when receiving home delivery I have never received the correct drink & I've always had to explain multiple times my address as the driver can never find it. They have always been friendly and their pizza's taste great. The pizza's do get cold quick though. I certainly recommend trying this place out.
I was thrilled with the results from Oz Pix, their before and after sales service was fantastic with energetic & friendly staff. They offered the best deal & knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend them.
An excellent HiFi store, many top quality brands with exceptional service. The staff are friendly & go out of their way to give you the best value for money. I highly recommend this store.
I can't remember a time where I received what I had ordered from this Pizza outlet. They always get the orders wrong, but they are not the worst Dominos Pizza. The pizzas are quite good and the staff are friendly. There is not a lot open in Springwood late at night, so it's great that this is available for late night cravings.
Excellent example of a great Glora Jeans Coffee house. This outlet comes with my recommendations. Keep up the good job.
