We decided to go local tonight and chose Remo's. When we arrived there were about four other tables occupied. We were asked if we wanted drinks and/or garlic bread - ordered wine which arrived quickly. But then we waited and waited to have our meal order taken and in the end we had to call the waitress over and ask to order. She commented that she really didn't know what was going on - really? We ordered garlic bread at that time having noticed that food took a while to arrive but when our main meals came out before the bread arrived we cancelled that order! She didn't know what happened to that part of the order - she did offer us a further drink free of charge which we turned down. The food was absolutely beautiful and cooked to perfection, so no complaints there. But they really need to be more organised and professional in the way they operate because it doesn't leave a good impression in your mind. We may give them another try, mainly because of the food, but the service would have to be much improved to make us want to return unfortunately.

Walked into this cute, very full, eclectic store at the weekend and just had fun looking at what was available. From highly priced crockery to little kitchen nic-nacs to herbs and spices of every kind imaginable. I had been searching for the rotary style flour sifter for my daughter and found one here - just what I was wanting! A great place to browse and find that something special/different for a gift as well as try out some exotic herbs and spices. I was able to tell a friend who had been searching for chipotle spice that it was available right here!

We had an attic ladder and 7metres of storage space installed in our investment house. From start to finish it was all quoted and installed within 10 days. The service was friendly and helpful both from the office and the sales rep. It would have been helpful to have been advised of a couple of things before the job was finished and paid for but the after-sales service has been helpful to this point in time. Being out of the country at the time made it difficult to check the space and work at the time of it happening so that was unfortunate. But overall we are very happy with the work and service.

We recently purchased a dining table and chairs from this store. Right from walking into the store we received courteous and helpful service. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing but received information and assistance in a friendly manner. Our salesman, Peter, was excellent and very efficient. The after-sales service was great as well - after having the table for only 4 days a splinter of wood broke off the table edge. We emailed them on a Sunday evening and we had a return phone call the very next morning and the table was fully replaced, no questions asked by Friday the same week. Cannot fault this store and their service at all. Would highly recommend this to family and friends.

Needing to trim trees as requested by the power company we got quotes for the work to be done. Tree Care came in as very competitive and very helpful as well. We did have troubles in communicating via telephone - seemed to be crossing paths with phone calls! But all worked out and work has been done and we are happy with the end result. It wasn't a big job, in that trees had to be taken down, but it was done with care and precision. And the removed branches were mulched and left for us to use. We also had put out other branches that had been removed prior to them coming and they kindly mulched them as well for a small extra charge.

We bought online vouchers for a 6-course Turkish Feast so that we could get a taste for Turkish food before our upcoming trip to Turkey. Both our friends and we were not disappointed. The waitress explained what all the food was and was very friendly and interested that we will soon be traveling to Turkey. The way it was all served and presented was nice and the silverware and dishes just made it that much more special. Being a Friday night there was live music which just added to the atmosphere. Even though it was fairly busy we didn't have to wait long for our food. Would definitely go back there again.

Our investment house had a burst water pipe and it was found that the pipe from the water meter to the house needed replacing totally. Luke and his team were able to set up above ground water pipes until the work could be done a couple of days later so that the family living in the house had total use of the water supply. It was a long job but carried out well and once it was finished you wouldn't even know a trench had been dug. Everything was cleaned up good as new at the end. Highly recommend the services of Beaut Plumbing!

We have used this business previously and have been very happy with their work. They have a very personal approach and treat you not just as 'another job'. My daughter called them today due to a burst water pipe and there were no plumbers able to come out today. She said she would try elsewhere and upon phoning another local plumber discovered that Fresh Living had already contacted him and he was about to call her! Talk about service! Very impressed. Will always be the first on our list to call for plumbing/gas needs we have in the future.
