My first Designer Brow Design at Charlie Lily was an amazing experience. I was able to lock in an appointment with Charlie herself and I must say, this is the only place that I will ever go to for my eyebrows. Charlie really spent the time working with my eyebrows, and me! She actually listened to me when I said that I wanted to keep them full and she was able to create the perfect shape that is finally a look that I am thrilled to have. I've searched high and low for a real brow designer and through so much trial, error, tears and pain I eventually discovered Charlie Lily on level 2 in the Rialto on Collins St, Melbourne. My eyebrows have always been extremely important to me and if you feel as sensitive about your brows, this place will give your brows the real love and respect that they deserve!
