I am extremely disappointed in this site now! I was going out of my way to review business as I saw it as a great way to let people know about good businesses and now they have made it more difficult to get rewarded by making the minimum points higher to get a voucher and making the points expire after only 3 months!!! Who does this????? No other rewards site does this - really, really disappointed. I will make sure I tell everyone that I know not to bother in future with this site as you will NEVER get enough points to get a reward. Pretty much a waste of time.
These guys are really bad at customer service!!! You call the service centre and you always get the runaround. Try and disconnect a service with them and you will be told you have an outstanding amount (even though the bill has just been paid!!) this has happened to me twice so I am thinking that this is a standard thing with them!! Use another carrier if you can - really not worth the bother using them!
This would have to be the best sushi train in Sydney! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff will make anything for you that you see on the menu and are really helpful. The loyalty card is another nice touch - it adds up quickly which means free food! You might have to wait a few minutes to get a seat but it's well worth the wait!
We went for a work dinner - 9 people. The service from the moment we sat down was fantastic! The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great. We had a cake and wine and they don't charge corkage or cake-age!
Yeah it's great that you get rewarded for reviewing businesses but if the rules keep changing and it gets harder to get those rewards it is disappointing. Having the points expire is bad as the reviews are not expiring!! Telling us that we now need more points to get those rewards is also bad - especially when they expire!! If the points expire, my reviews will too!
