We had to get CV joints repaired only a year after we last had it done by "mechanic" in Johnson St, Fitzroy who charged us $700. (They also failed to change $12 thermostat which caused us no end of probs, by the way.)
The A1 guys towed our car from where it broke down in Abbotsford, fixed it beautifully and charged $200. The guy's name is Steve.

Stylish stuff at good prices - some good labels and interesting pieces. Not just vintage.

Staff are helpful, but also leave you alone!

Had most of winter wardrobe cleaned and they did a great job, friendly service plus loyalty voucher and a discount. Brilliant.

I've been here twice, based on WOMOW recommendations. First time, great value but a neckline I had adjusted didn't really work.
Second time, prices seemed higher; I was served by a different person and there's no pricelist - so open to inconsistency.
