I called the Clayton office this morning and the person who intercept my call is the most unfriendly, rudest with poor customer service. People who answers phone should get at least the very basic of training on how to answer the phone in a way that they are not pushing their potential customer away.

Had a very pleasant appointment with Dr Castro who was so friendly, informative and had a lovely gentle caring manner. Will definitely return for future treatments and will highly recommend their clinic to others
