Travelled from Adelaide to Launceston with Virgin, and found the service to be excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient, and provide a fun atmosphere to fly with. For everyday domestic travel Virgin offer excellent value, and their planes are comfy and clean.

Travelled for the 1st time on Jetstar over Christmas, New Years period. Found their staff to be courteous, reliable and attentive. Service provided good value for the cost, and would definatly use them to fly domestically again.

Offered me a home line rental and 12GB internet plan for $60 per month. Sounded good at the time, however sales staff assured me this was 12GB of downloads. After using the service I found it was 12GB of uploads and downloads. After approaching Bigpond to cancel my contact I was told I didn't read the T&C properly and I couldn't exit. Should be able to trust call center staff.

Needed to replace a set of taps, went to Direct after trying Bunnings (who couldn't get the brand I needed). They ordered them from Western Australia and had them in stock within 1 week. Great price for the tap set and good service.

Purchased a turtle tank setup, and thought I was getting a pretty good deal. Turned out that a mistake was made on the light unit for my setup, but after realising they had made a mistake they gave me a quality light at their expense. Really made an effort to please me.

Went to purchase a monitor and service attendant didn't know what he was talking about, tried to convince me of technical details that were not correct (I think they think most people don't understand technology). Eventually we agreed to disagree.

Good service, spend time making sure I got satisfaction. They didn't have the product I specifically wanted, but made a good effort to help me find a suitable one.
