After sale response when things go belly up is a defensive tactic of complete denial and blaming the customer.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of product as deterioration has been astounding. Have you ever been told that you have to clean dust off and external door every 3 months? Good luck if there’s an issue.

I needed substantial work on internal ceilings and walls, before renting out property. I have used Jawid on several jobs since meeting him 3 years ago. He is always punctual, has a meticulous eye to detail, and thorough in preparation. The end product speaks volumes. As discussed via phone and email, we are very sorry you are disappointed with the look of the double doors, which were installed 7 years ago at your rental property. Upon our inspection we observed the doors to be in good working order, but there has been a lack of maintenance/cleaning, which has deteriorated the paint in some parts, along with thick dirt, dust, there are signs of spillage & stains all down the mesh onto the door which align with the paint damage.
Absolute steel doors have a 15 year warranty on construction & 3 year warranty on the finish, if the doors are cleaned and maintained as per guidelines.
Doorite cant be responsible for the ongoing maintenance required to maintain the original look of the doors.
