they would not give a refund on our faulty item then we wanted the item back even though we have paid for it they would not give it back then they got their security guard to threaten us to kick us out and now my partner is banned and we bought a central locking system and it was faulty and didn't do anything about it they wouldn't do a thing about it there just said oh well

this place is amazing as soon as we walked in the door we felt welcomed to come in. the outlook of the whole store was great and the customer service is excellent could not ask for more and the bargins to be had it is just a huge wow factor

i went clothes shopping and asked for some staff assistant one person could not help me then she got another and she couldn't either and said i'm not working and walked off i then went to the service desk and they made us wait then helped us and when we had further questions the completely ignored us i thought this was very rude

well i walked in the store wondered around for ages as was lost looking for curtains and staff just walked past they didn't asked if i needed any help so if go back i'm going back only on certain conditions

great range of stock i went in the store and got items that were already discounted and hen i went thought the register thay were marked down again which i could not believe and the customer service was great

excellent customer service as i wlked n they asked if i neded a hand and i was after a certain game that was coming out soon so they searched their shops supplies had none and then the searched the web for to find out f they were going to get it but in the end they could not find an answer i was a little disappointed but the service and the time they had spent was most appreciated
