Got some great service from one of the guys (Josh?). Walked me over to the food I needed to find. Asked about my needs and he gave me some options. Just a nice chat to a great choice. Great customer service. Good size store. Lots of parking. Very happy with the price too. Better than online prices. This will be my go to place now.

I have asked a number of times within shortish time frames to work their magic and they have Wowwed me every time. The flowers last a long time too. Lovely arrangements and even some great gifts instore too. Parking here is very easy or delivery can be done same day too.

Love the helpful messages he shares through social media. Just had to support his business. Very helpful. I asked for a portable hard drive to back up all my things. He gave me guidance on doing it and even formatted it to Mac so it was ready to go when I got home. Brilliant service. Just go and feel the difference.

They have got lots of bad reviews as after the bush fires lots of items couldn't get there on time. Just impatient people that were being unreasonable.

I had a faulty lamp & the employee or owner rang me up to apologise (with an Australian accent - this is not an overseas importer). Happy to give me a refund and I'm happy to buy again.
