I find some of the staff stand-offish at times, and a little snooty. The service can be good, and I have known it to be excellent at times when travelling between major cities, but unfortunately the regional services I have travelled on offer little to be desired.

An excellent airline, SIA has always made me feel welcome and comfortable, though they are a little more expensive than most other airlines. The quality of service more than compensates for this difference in cost..
