Spent $1000 on a new bike, first time foot went on the pedal it sheared off. Took it back they repaired it but still has the damaged pedal on it. Poor assembley by them and I still have to have a $1000 bike with damaged parts. Far from impressed by their customer relations.

The best burger I've ever had ! All sitting on a seeded La Madre bun (not those sugary buns that most shops have), to which they add mayonnaise on one side, tomato sauce the other. The handmade beef patty - spiced with Screaming Seeds' outback blend - is grilled before being steamed for a few seconds with tasty cheddar on top, so the cheese melts. Add tomato, red onion and lettuce, and you have a memorable burger. I had the one with the Lot and inc an egg, fried mushrooms, beetroot, pineapple or a smear of tomato kasundi. This burger was ranked in the top ten burgers of The Age Good Food Guide, and I can see / taste why.

Slow service and on both visits the chicken was Very Undercooked ! I didn't bother complaining, just won't be back for a 3rd raw chook.
New owners, food is still good. Deserts are no longer Home-Made and are run of the mill comercially made.

Very hard to deal with. Would never buy a house if they were the selling agent. I would never recommend any person sell a house if they are buying as a nominee. Arrogant ! Very rude staff.
Very Rude Staff.. Lie to Tenants about rent increases, failing to send out notice of Rental Increase and accuse me of telling lies. Been renting a property through them for 7 years. Disgusting level of customer service. Would never use them to sell or rent a house ever again.
Overpriced Food, Low Quality. Good if people could actually SPEAK ENGLISH before they purchase a business that relies on communication between the Customer and the Shop owner
Sold me a cheap Chinese power adapter for Lap Top, lasted 2 days. When returned for refund he would not refund the full amount paid. Poor level of service from staff. They can understand English only when they want to

Good Food. Friendly Staff. "Home made" items are fantastic. Best Chinese in Mornington and I've tried them all over the years.
