You would not have to leave the house and go shopping again and just use this site if you really wanted to. Its cheap and all genuine products that are delivered right t your door. Love it!

Great personal trainer - love my sessions with Russell. Very supportive, caring and interested in looking after you both on a fitness level and health wise. Although I work in the Melbourne CBD and have participated in boot camps and group training with work, I decided to look for a mobile personal trainer for myself in Oak Park and came across these guys. Russell is always encouraging and I would recommend him to anyone.
