great experience with this company. concrete looks great, they cleaned up the site after they had finished, they were professional and on time. would use again if needed

great consistent product and a reasonable price..bread from brumbys is not made with a pre mix but right from scratch..baker craig is happy to explain the elements of the different breads and it is a pleasure to be served by someone that loves his craft

not the best in this chain that i have seen..service is abrupt and the owner dislikes the VIP card...not really consistent in coffee delivery and there is zero focus on the customer, especially when they are busy..i would not race to teh club to find this cup of coffee

recent changes to the bistro mean i can now get a cook to order meal..that is well priced and tastes great..new focus on customer service means that this club offering is moving to the next level

not really interested in customer service...scripts are "take a number and wait a year" system..floor staff are nice but the poor attitude of the chemists outway how nice the till operator is...they have lost scripts then blamed me, they do not follow up if products are out of stock and i would not use them for any type of health advise

mertia, tata and annette are friendly, listen to your needs and always go out of there way to help with styles and colours..they fit you in when ever possible and after years of going there weekly they have become friends not just hair dressers

excellent selection of womens clothing for the larger lady...browyn and her team are friendly and helpful..offering great advise on mix and match items and never too busy to help

excellent spot for quick meals and great coffee...service is always friendly, meals are always cooked as requested and the beans have an excellent flavour
