I joined Step Into Life Ocean Grove thinking I would only last 3 months but I have come to love it, not only are the members amazing and supportive, it helps when you have a trainer willing to change bits here and there to cater for injuries or fitness levels. It has been an amazing few years and no one session is the same, Penny your an amazing trainer keep up the awesomeness. :)
