I wish had read some reviews before interacting with this company. Told me my business was the only one of its type to be featured on their local advertising screens, then cold-called me a few days later canvassing for more local businesses, so my business was clearly NOT the only one of its type to be contacted! Also told me I would be paying in monthly installments then deducted a 'deposit' equivalent to six monthly installments from my credit card. I have requested my contract be cancelled many times, both over the phone and in writing, only to be told this cannot be done for two years! I am still being billed, yet I have not supplied any logo or artwork files or given any art direction or signed-off on any artwork, and I have confirmed with the medical centre where my ads were contracted to be shown that they are not running BECAUSE THE MEDICAL CENTRE HAS NOT ACTUALLY AGREED TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AND DOES NOT HAVE TV SCREENS INSTALLED!!! I have taken this up with my bank, the ACCC and the Victorian Small Business Commissioner, who are pursuing the unauthorised transactions and breach of the Australian Consumer Law/Competition and Consumer Act 2010, respectively. I will pursue further legal action as required.

I had a baby recently and have struggled to lose my baby weight, so when I was approached by one of BC Nutrition's owners to see if I'd like to try a meal replacement lunch program they offer I reluctantly decided to give it a go. I'm only a few weeks in, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the results so far and the personalised service they offer. Staff are very knowledgeable and discrete, offering advice tailored to me and free, non-pushy follow-up phone calls and weigh-in sessions on a casual drop-in basis. Plus, the meal replacement shakes and other supplement products they sell are the best I've tasted to date and work out to be pretty reasonably priced. So far, so good!
