The environment is very comfortable and inviting. You can choose to sit outside or inside. It's usually pretty busy especially on Saturdays- expect a queue.
The service is friendly, and the food is delicious. Next door is their dessert house which sells Asian desserts such as fried ice-cream, black sesame soup.

The buns are a bit overpriced at $2.50 but the drinks are AMAZING. I would recommend the iced coffee and ice green tea. The customer service representative is extremely friendly.

The shop doesn't seem very professional, it's connected to a convenience store, not much room to walk around in. It is located in a very isolated area but nevertheless, I got what I went for. The products are good quality and not unreasonably priced and service was quite good too (Vietnamese)

The shop looks very classy compared to many other restaurants in cabramatta. The food is quite nice, nothing spectacular. They sell bubble tea inside the store as well. At night it is usually VERY busy especially on Saturdays.

The staff are extremely friendly and acknowledge you if you are a regular customer. The shop is quite small though but appropriate to the business type (I guess). They have a loyalty card which is a big plus. Would definitely recommend

The seafood was quite nice, very fresh. It took a while for us to receive our food. The service was the let down, We received the wrong bill and when they finally found the correct one they had charged extra for one of the dishes. My advice- go when they're not busy otherwise prepare to wait.
