I am less enthusiastic about Myer than I was a while ago. The book section is very disappointing, and there is usually no good help available. A recent unpleasant service experience in ladies lingerie has turned me off going back in a hurry as the assistant was unhelpful. The new policy of not transferring stock between stores has made me decrease my shopping there. The attitude towards customers is less positive than before.
I enjoy a long browse each time I visit. I usually buy something, but never pay for full price items. The selection of DVDs is good, and the budget priced books are reasonable. There is no help within the store.
I enjoy browsing here for a gift or a special occasion. I usually have very good service, some of the assistants are better than others. There always seems to be something I can afford as there are frequent specials and I enjoy the shopping privileges of my wallace bishop customer card.
I am always happy with my trips to this shop, staff are very helpful and goods are always easy to find. I have gradually become a returning customer from a very slow beginning
This shop continues to disappoint since relocating to everton park from kedron, Return policy is a disgrace, and service is terrible. I recently bought an unsuitable item which I was refused a refund on because it wasn't faulty, but was not of sufficient quality to do the job required of it. I no longer shop there unless I need a piece of fabric which I already understand is not returnable anywhere.
This is quite a good shop and because it is out on its own I often overlook it. Prices compare very well with other similar shops, and service is good. I can usually depend on finding a gift there.
I usually shop here when I am visiting this shopping strip, but would not make a special trip there. The products are average, and the range is not exciting.
I am particularly fond of the bakery section in this store. Groceries are too spread out though and it takes me too long to do a full shop. I usually go there for the bakery and just a few other items.
I do not enjoy shopping here any more. Some time ago the shop was revamped and everything was moved around so that it is hard to find. I have started shopping elsewhere more and more frequently. Service is very poor, particularly in the deli.
I have recently happened upon this business. It serves very fresh and tasty food, at much better value than the other take away chicken outlets, with a far better variety. I would be prepared to travel for this one.
