This Hotel was within nearby walking distance from the Blue Lake Motel where we were staying and handy if you wanted a few drinks and not have to drive. The hotel was clean and bright reasonably good service and good value for meals. Quite a few different meals on the menu to pick from and a good wine list. It's only a pity that most hotels like this one doesn't serve smaller plates for us older people who's appetites don't go as far as eating giant schnitzels or heaps of chips. Still a very nice pub and we will visit again in the future.
Very good value meals and such a wonderful Irish atmosphere with the pub decorated with all sorts of Irish Memorabilia. The low ceilings and dark woodwork add to the old English/Irish feeling and the lunch was excellent. I would recommend to anyone for a meal and maybe a dabble in the gaming room after where free hot drinks are available.
As usual we were expecting to find an old musty type of Antique shop full of the usual long gone use by dates,but to our surprise what we did discover was an open, airy, and uncluttered shop with some very nice items in good condition. The shop was clean and orderly and would recommend anyone to visit and look around even if you didn't want to buy.There is also a connecting room with some very nice paintings on display. Some of the items bring back memories of the past.
Wow. These were the best Pizzas ever. Must have been at least 3 cm of filling on them. Fantastic value. This place was an accidental find when we parked in front to visit a nearby well known pizza place. Very glad we gave them a try. This place will be on the top of my eatery list next time we visit Mt Gambier. Well done guys!!!!
Terrific Accommodation for those on a tight budget or for overnight stays. The Hosts are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Being on top of a hill offers great views of the Mount except for the bushes and trees which tend to block the scenery. We were unfortunate to visit during wet and windy weather but we managed to visit some of the most interesting sights offered to tourists and holiday makers. Hopefully we can stay there again in better weather.
I needed new toners for my printer and after receiving a promotional brochure in the letterbox,I went online to check out cartridges and prices. Amazing!!! I ordered 2 sets of toners and still saved $40 on the price it would have cost me for 1 set at a retailer. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and the items were delivered Monday morning. Now thats dam good service.

This is a must for anyone who is staying or passing through the area. Located between Dareton and Mildura on the NSW side. It was a very fascinating look at the way the Citrus of AUSTRALIA is grown,harvested and processed. It was interesting to find out just how many different varieties of oranges,mandarines and lemons there are. Orange World also grows Avocados. We were welcomed by Mario and immediately felt relaxed by his warm and friendly manner. Uncle Brian entertained everyone with a couple of songs before we all boarded a train pulled by a tractor,which slowly drove around the orchard. Please buy Australian citrus. Our growers need to know that this country has more faith in them than overseas fruit. We finished our tour with a chat about the processing of the fruit and finally a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Yummy!. Please stop and visit if you go by and I'm sure Mario,Maria and Uncle Brian will look after you.
The ideal place to stay if you want a nice quiet relaxing holiday. The rooms are very comfortable,clean and tidy with a king size bed,TV, aircon,etc. There is also BBQ facilities and swimming pool,laundry,kitchen etc. We had a terrific 4 day stay,met some very nice people,enjoyed our Continental breakfast each morning and the prices for the rooms are very,very reasonable. The motel is a short walk from the Coomealla Sporting Club,where reasonably priced meals are available. Across the road is the Coomealla Golf Club which runs along the edge of the Murray River. This golf course is top class and visitors are welcome. I'm sure we will be back.
Excellent for anyone who enjoys pokies! Fantastic meals,and very cheap too from their Special menus. Meals from $7.50. Very relaxed environment with a wine or 2 or3. Reception folk are well mannered and friendly. Will certainly visit again.
We were looking for an economical small car to suit our retirement.The salesman was very helpful in answering all of our questions on the purchasing of a new car. After visiting other dealerships and looking for a small car to suit our needs,we found that the Hyundai i30 slx had bags of room in the hatch,back seats and front seats with the added features of lumbar support for the driver and that the seat could also be raised for better viewing for me. It also has cruise control.mp3.USB, Air con and other extra features. Fuel efficient and very safety conscious with 6 airbags and a 5 star Canstar rating, 5 year/Unlimited warranty sold us on our now loved vehicle. Recommend anyone who is on the market for a new small 4 cylinder car ,to check out the i30. And don't take any notice of the Advert of a rival make where someone is trying to squeeze a foam percentage block into this model. We checked out this make of car and the hatch space was only half of the i30's. Hyundai....well done on a great car and to all at Stillwell.Thank you!!!!!!
