I first went here with some girlfriends and loved it that much that I went with my hubby the following week. The ambience, service and food are all great. It's only downfall for me is the price and only in that it means I can't go back on a more regular basis. If you add wine the bill starts to stack up. However it's definately on my list to go again.
This Hans is one i return to. Sometimes the service is a little slow, which isn't normally a problem if you factor in a bit extra time, but the food has never disappointed me. The laksa soup in particular I find incredibly good value for money - very cheap yet very filling.... my mouth's watering just thinking about it. YUMMMMMMMM
I like to use this shop from the recycling aspect. But on top of that the service I've received has been good and the staff friendly. I have been back several times.
As a woman in her 40's and new to surfing I went into this shop with much trepidation expecting to be laughed out straight away. However I have to say that the very trendy young girl serving put me at ease straight away. She was professional, knew her stuff and together with a guy, who I presumed to be the manager, discussed the best board for me as well as giving me some tips and generally giving me plenty of encouragement. I have been back several times.
