Great variety of wools - which I was looking for at the time - but there is also a good range of fabrics and tools for knitting, crochet, etc..
Staff were helpful - the store can seem a bit cluttered, but there is so much variety I imagine it is hard for them to keep it all in the one place!

The food is nice, but for the prices it isn't quite as special as you'd expect. It looks like somewhere you go for a family meal, and does have a nice enough environment, but I think it is a little too expensive for what is on offer. The service is good, however I have in the past experienced some workers there who were a little rude.
Great food and great service. Tasty meals, good location and prices are more than reasonable. Can get a little crowded but you can't blame the restaurant so much for this as it's just because at lunch time a lot of people are wanting to eat there!

I love these stores. Always have beautiful products for the home office or pieces you can take with you (I.E. notebooks, address books, etc..) Staff are friendly and helpful without being "in your face" Prices can sometimes be a little bit too much, not outrageous though - but the quality of the products seems to be very good. When the time comes around to choose a new diary/journal for the new year, I recommend it

Lots of variety of different things for your home office and stationary supplies in really great designs. Also the prices are really reasonable.

Crowded store, not very well set out. Customer service is sometimes very good other times not really there. However they have a very large selection of products for all different types of symptoms.

Great large well planned store. Service is good and staff are friendly. Lots of variety and large deli area with many different types of foods/products from many places in the world.

Nice store, but looking a little tired now. However the clothes are beautiful. Lovely designs and beautiful "statement" pieces.
Service is good, they greet you and ask if you need help and allow you to browse in peace if you say you're "just looking" - until you need help!

This store is a little crowded, but there is quite a selection of goods with more in a downstairs area also the staff is friendly but doesn't crowd you and let you browse in peace.
Prices are not outrageous and the quality of the items seems quite good.

After a couple of times going to this store, I found it to be nicely designed and well set out. The clothes were lovely and of a reasonable price range. However, the first two times I was totally ignored by the customer service reps, and the last time I had a lady following me around and not letting me browse in peace - it seems to be one or the other.
It is nice to have someone greet you and let you know they are there to help if you need them, but they should then allow you to browse in peace if you say you're fine.
