Extremely rude staff and poor customer service. I paid a premium price for an iWatch screen protector but the staff never warned me it was not water proof. When I came back to complaint about the product, the staff blamed me for not asking specifically about that and basically gave me cold shoulders. They just provided me with an email for complaints which is completely unattended. I’ve never received any feedback from them. It is really surprising how such an unethical company with poor customer service is still operating in our country.

Unethical, unreliable company. They conducted a full treatment in our complex and after one year they returned for the inspection. However, they never provided us with test reports for the inspected townhouses. We reported new termite activities after 18 months of the full chemical treatment and they didn't stand for their warranty term, charging us for reapplication of the chemical treatment that has a 10 years warranty.
