It's Max Brenner guys! Need I say more? The staff at Robina aren't particularly friendly or helpful, but that's negated by the fact that it's max brenner's food which is really just an orgasmic food experience. Honestly could not be any greater food in the world.

Amazing food! Amazing shows! Amazing service! Honestly one of the most enjoyable nights out I have had. They can still accommodate for families and have so much to do before/after the show. The staff is ridiculously friendly and everyone stays in character so well! Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing food and really great staff. A friendly atmosphere and even with the huge size of it and number of huge conferences/groups they have, they can still cater to everyone's needs.

JB is actually a lot of fun just to visit and check out all the cool new gadgets, and surprisingly the help there is better than expected. The staff are always friendly and some actually remember me which is always nice. I have had a few issues in the past though as they are not very good at following queries up.

Cinebuzz is a really great club to join however it is not followed up enough by the employees behind it. If the company pushed it more it would be a fantastic club that everyone should join. It was free to join and they discount me for being loyal! Awesome!

Virgin aren't even the airline which is known for customer service however they are always so friendly, helpful and efficient. I love flying with them as they make flying such an ease.

You get what you pay for as far as customer service is concerned - great for quality, budget items but the service is next to none. Although there always seem to be staff on the floor, none will make eye contact and you feel intimidated just to ask a question.

The food there is definitely quality, but it's always difficult to find a seat, the employees are rude and the atmosphere makes me feel unwelcome. Okay if you just want to keep to yourself but not too social.
