My family and I have used e-v@n at Brookvale on many occasions because they represented good value for small moves, HOWEVER, almost without exception, they either arrived late or not at all - claiming (a) accident (b) flat tyre and so forth.
The owner appears to be disorganised and very stressed.
My daughter too was let down when she had to move on a set date as someone else was moving into the flat - and was advised they cant make it - yet another accident.
Not worth the quoted discounted price as you have no guarantee they will show up. So no value at all really.

I thought I was dealing with a small business person. What I was in fact dealing with was someone who sits at home and sub-contracts out cleaning services to an assortment of small business owner cleaners. She demanded payment upfront and is very expensive because she adds her commission on top of the cleaner's fees....for doing what exactly?

They signed a rental agreement between a tenant, an employee of theirs, with a landlord in Edgecliff where, despite being told that there was a No Dogs ByLaw, the tenant moved in with a yapping dog. The landlord was not aware of the dog. Now the Owners Corporation is taking the tenant to the CTTT because dogs are not allowed in this building. Highly unprofessional agency and unethical to boot.
Storage of furniture for year. All furniture was plastic wrapped and well looked after before being put into its own wooden container. Excellent, efficient service.
