No words for how grateful we are to the whole team but especially Simone. Simone has been so amazing from the first contact, right through to her bringing Hunter home to us tonight. Every word was perfect, her empathy, her words, her love and respect for us and our boy. She is the perfect person in this job. Thank you for EVERYTHING!
