The service here really depends on the therapist that does your treatment. I have had IPL done here several times and for my money there are other places that do a better job. There is an absolutely lovely lady with a European (maybe Irish?) accent who is fantastic. She is very thorough and ensures your experience is pleasant. I have also had another lady who rushes you through and does not do a through job. They do a lot of internet deals - but buyer beware...

We visited after receiving a recommendation from a friend. We live in Chermside and haven't been able to find a butcher close by with high quality meat at reasonable prices. We were disappointed by both the quality and cost at Rode Meats. The service is amazing - they are very helpful and friendly and the shop is clean...however the cost is too high. I found a chunk of bone in my "gourmet" sausage - very nasty. We also purchased a roast and the quality just wasn't there for the price we paid. Having grown up on a beef farm I appreciate a good roast or steak and for the price you pay the quality should be outstanding. Very disappointed and won't be back.

I met with Leona from RB Recruitment and she was fantastic. She was able to arrange an interview for me very quickly and while I haven't heard back yet with the result I have been very impressed with Leona and her high level of follow up and accessibility. She is very approachable and a great listener. I would highly recommend these guys - from the great receptionist to the great follow through they are awesome.

Fantastic - the food was amazing and the service outstanding. My husband and I went on a Saturday night with a voucher for the degustation menu. I had heard great things about Tukka and we were not disappointed. All of the food was flavorful and unique - crocodile ceviche - how amazing ! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The diners around us seemed to also be amazed with the high quality of the food and service. Highly recommended ! Yummmmy - loved the perfectly prepared fillet of kangaroo as well.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and were very impressed. We had reserved an ocean view table, but were very happy when the staff accommodated our request to move inside as the weather had turned cool and windy. We went for the pasta special on a week night and left very full - the portion sizes are large - and the quality fabulous. We upgraded to the seafood pasta and enjoyed the selections very much. The service was impecable and the staff accomodating. Would highly recommend for a romantic dinner.

I had a pedicure and polish change done and found the experience quite pleasant. The store seemed clean and the staff efficient. The great massage chair was appreciated during the pedicure. The only small concern was the lack of communication and follow up when you were sitting at the dryer - no one came back to check to see if your toes were dry and several ladies seemed a bit confused a to whether they should leave. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful - even assisting me to put my flip flops back on so I did not smudge my polish. A nice touch - I will return and would recommend them.

My husband and I have been several times and the level of service and quality of food vary greatly. The prices per piece of fish are a bit higher than other places, so you expect high quality. Sometimes you get it and other times the fish comes out a greasy mess. When its good its great and the portions are always large, but it varies too much to recommend. Getting a seat can be a challenge and if you do manage to, sometimes there are not enough staff to clear and wipe tables. Over all - there are better places to get a good fish meal.

Always a good experience - the staff are friendly and informative. The prices are amazing, its always surprising people buy fruit, vegetables or meat at the overpriced Coles next door. Very high quality fruit and vegetables fresh and plentiful. The reason Pattons is always busy is that they have great products, friendly service and reasonable prices. Only wish they would go back to carts that you do not need a gold coin for - no one ever seems to have one when they need it. Other than that - i highly recommend Pattons.
