My husband stayed here for several months while commuting interstate to Mill Park for work, and I stayed with him for a week when we moved into the area. During this time I was amazed at the high level of hospitality and customer service we experienced. Matt and Claire manage the motel and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The cleaning staff do a great job and never cut corners - they are also very friendly which is an added bonus. A smile and "good morning" goes a long way to make your day. The property is neat, clean and well maintained. I was 9 months pregnant when I stayed and the whole experience was wonderful. There were nice touches in the room such as lovely cookies and high quality coffee. I would highly recommend this motel for business travellers, people on vacation, couples etc. It is conveniently located - near the shopping centre, library and restaurants. My only small concern was the set up for the shower - you had to climb into the huge jacuzzi tub to get into the shower, which was a bit awkward, but the positive of having a big tub outweighed the negative. I would highly recommend this motel.

The kebabs are quite yummy - I have had the chicken and the falafel. The serving sizes are quite good - a small is often enough if you aren't a big eater. The food always seems fresh and they seem to have a clean work area - not always the case in some of the other food places at the Westfield. Would recommend based on the food - the service staff occasionally seem more interested in gossiping than serving food, and they need to get with the times and accept eftpos.

Great food, excellent prices and warm and friendly service. We just moved into the area and have already become fans of this take-a-way. The staff are very friendly and remember you - a rare and pleasant experience. The serving sizes are quite large and offer great value for the price. If you are looking for gourmet chicken you will be disappointed, but you are looking for great tasting charcoal chicken, wraps, salads and fries you won't be disappointed. They are always busy, and you can see why. The wraps are quite good - I particularly like the chicken caesar wrap. My husband generally gets the hot packs and always has leftover chicken - which is great for sandwiches the next day. The portions of fries are huge - try the fries with gravy and cheese - not great for the waistline - but very filling. A good bet for a satisfying chicken meal.

I went to see Maria after moving into the Doreen area and reading a positive review on WOMO. What a great experience - you really get the sense that Maria cares about the experience of her customers. She takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you get a hair style that suits your needs and lifestyle. I was 9 months pregnant when I first went to see her and in need of an easy to maintain style. The experience was fabulous and personalized and I left feeling like a million dollars. She uses high quality products (including the lovely tea and biscuits - what a great touch) Maria is warm, engaging and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a personalized experience.

I have been here several times and the main thing that comes to mind with this restaurant is "inconsistent". I have had amazing customer service and fantastic food on some occasions and pasta swimming in oil and terrible service on other days. Overall I would definitely recommend the food and 9 times out of ten it is great, but suggest avoiding weekend nights as the open nature of the restaurant makes for a very loud environment and they don't always seem to have enough service staff working. It would be great for big groups, but not a romantic dinner, unless you go on a quieter week night.

I have been here previously and found the food great - but the service terrible. Luckily that seems to have changed - the staff are attentive, professional and friendly. Being Canadian I miss wings, pulled pork and other BBQ - and the Smoke does not disappoint. All the food was awesome, the chicken wings and pulled pork among the best - highly recommended and good to see improved service.

The service staff are always very polite and the food is always very flavorful and high quality. We have tried almost every dish on the menu over the past 3 years and have enjoyed every one. The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, but the guarantee it will be tasty makes it worth the cost.

I went in to purchase a car jack for a birthday gift for my husband. The first time I went to look the service was terrible - when I sought out help all of the shop assistants (mostly teenage boys) had extremely limited knowledge of the products in the store and weren't interested in the customers. I had to ask a fellow shopper for his help to select the correct product. When I went back to purchase the product - same scenario - no assistance - everyone just ignores you - even when you are struggling with a very heavy purchase. I wanted to get a power washer - but went elsewhere - even though the prices are good and the products good quality - the terrible service and lack of product knowledge will quickly deter you from shopping here.

Always busy - which is a good sign. The staff are always polite and efficient and the store always seems clean. The meat is always well priced and great quality. I would recommend this butcher.

Fantastic ! Many friends raved about the food at the German Club and they weren't wrong ! The Sauerbraten & dumplings was a great dish and the portion sizes were large. We enjoyed the Knackwurst, schnitzel and spaetzle. Great atmosphere, great German beer. Only small detractor was that the music in the main hall was too loud for conversation, but we were moved to a quieter area when asked. Great service and great food - we will be back to try more of the menu items.
