The roses are exquisite and have never failed to be a source of joy for the people to whom I have given them as gifts. Even last-minute orders by phone have been treated with totally calm and helpful service. Best of all, my partner has had the great good sense to realise just how much I LOVE these roses and so I have been the lucky recipient of these floral jewels on several occasions. I love SuperVets. I love the concept of home visits.
It saves my cats being stressed by capturing, confining and transporting them in a cage in the car. Now that I have experienced the home visits from SuperVets, I will never go back to taking my cats to a regular veterinary hospital again.
When Mary Jane or Isabella get sick or injured, they don't have to be exposed to the smells and sounds of other animals in a busy Vet Waiting Room for an unknown period of time. They can be treated here at home, in the comfort and familiarity of their own surroundings. The Super Vets, Doctors Anthony, Ray and Ashley, are friendly and outgoing and approachable. They know my cats personally now, and are very interested in their well-being. Nothing is too much trouble! They explain everything. They are responsive to my calls, and they will pop around to the house if I have any concerns. The SuperVets team are really passionate about delivering a great service my cats and to me. Customer service is high on their list of priorities. How refreshing! They are brilliant! - Linda
