Staff here are usually not friendly or helpul. They do their job and go no further. Never a smile. The donuts are predictable as is the coffee. Nothing exceptional at all.

Product knowledge is great, but not necessarily helpful. The shelves at times look bare. the chemist division is great, helpul and caring.

Sit down too small, but the food is to die for. The spanikopita is fresh and morish, Servcie is fine with friendly staff.

Coffee is coffee usually. The coffee here is not the best, the seating is fine when yoiu get served, but the complexity of ordering and paying in one section the walking around to the next to pick up is confusing. if you wander to the wrong counter to order you are promptly told to walk to the other section where the same person serves you.
