have no words... I was 15mins late ( due to major accident in jimboomba)
I apologised and accepted less foils as she didn't have time ( booked in for a 1/4 of a head)!
Then after she ripped me apart, and stormed off, the manger came out and told me they can't do my service, time to leave!!! . I was reduced to tears and BEGGED they atleast do my extensions, I have flight overseas tomorrow. She agreed, and left me sit the chair still humiliated and upset tears rolling down my face for 2HOURS!
ABSOLUTE FACT = 2 HOURS
**Appointment included a trim, that didn't happen.....
I have never been more desperate on a Friday afternoon for my hair to be done, or would of left, just out of embarrasment, nor have I ever been more upset and humiliated.
They were just so mean. I'm still shaking and very upset. I cannot believe the approach.
* I was punished for being 15mins late, but they were all good with taking 2 hours of my time, whilst ignoring me and making me feel unwelcome.
Shame on you!
I did not deserve that treatment.
