If you see Gotcha in the shipping centres - keep walking!! The kids get dragged in on the promise of an amazing photo session for $20, with a complimentary photo. The follow up appointment is to review your photos. The photos were terrible, the costumes were ill-fitting and their hair was all over the place. I have better photos of my kids on my iPhone. And to buy the photos are $300 each, or a package for $1000. I felt pressured to buy, the lady was going on about how time consuming and expensive the CGI is for the photos. So for someone who has very little spare cash, I paid $600 for two photographs that my family don't even like. I feel sick to my stomach knowing I've just blown what could have been my next power and rates bill. If I knew this was the price and tactic I would never have gone. And they have a no refunds policy. Beware people, like I said, just keep walking.

Both my children have been going here for the last few years. Instructors are friendly and patient with the kids. The lady at the front desk is always able to help you out if you need to change lessons or have any questions. And the new owner has really put time and effort and money into improving the premises.

My two daughters did beginners dance classes here 2017, and at the end of the year there is the annual concert. So I paid the money for their dance costumes, the tickets to the concert, and for the professional photos the kids all had taken and a DVD of the concert. The photos and DVD were never provided, despite me calling several times. Very unprofessional and rude. Have never and will never go back.
