Anne and the staff at East West are IMHO the best veterinary practice in Australia... we moved away from the area but still do the 2 hour round trip just so we can see her & her team. Anne has this magical ability to put you and more importantly your pet at ease; her knowledge is extensive and the way she combines both Western and Eastern practices is a delight. Can I recommend her? Without a shadow of a doubt, if you love your dog as much as we do there really is no other option. Thankyou Anne and thanks to all the staff who are just as caring and helpful.

I have nothing but admiration for the Cheap as Chips technician who turned up at our door; Sammy was on-time, polite, courteous and incredibly hard working. He went above and beyond what was expected and even had the time to make my kids laugh at what oddities we found in the ducted cleaning vents!
Whilst I can understand the negative reviews received by others, we must have gotten very lucky as I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or ask for Sammy again. (Service completed at 2pm on 18/6/15)
