The Service is very disappointing, Once i had book a ticket and somehow i had to cancel that ticket, and these guys gave me very bad service to get my refund and 50% of the money was only given to me as a refund saying that the airlines have deducted them. But after confirming with the airlines i came to know only cancellation charges are 30% and not 50%
