Bad behaviour is not acceptable. If you aren't prepared to sell a car, don't be a salesman! Dimmy was nothing but rude and condescending to me, and wouldn't even provide me with a price because I obviously was not worth his time as I was not buying that day.

Had my hair done for my formal a few years ago, done absolutely beautifully and I had so many compliments. Also had a treatment done and my hair felt so soft after!

Good service, food brought out promptly. Yummy wraps, however they need to pay attention to special requests more (putting tomato on a wrap that requested no tomato!). Staff are good at putting up with crazy people who come in

Served by a lovely young girl, very patient when I couldn't decide. Great ice cream, a real treat every so often. Worth spending a little bit more, as there aren't many ice cream places in Frankston.

Good toasted sandwiches, good coffee as well! I'm surprised more people don't go here, the staff can be a little slow at times but they always make sure you're tended to.

Need more staff!!!!! Constantly waiting in lines, needs upgrading but has a decent range of products. Young staff are often helpful, but you can tell they're under the pump

Sitting outside was the perfect setting for a pre show dinner, the staff were very attentive and offered us a wide range of breads and advice on what we should order. The steak was just amazing, as well as the sauces. Would definitely go back!

We walked in and asked if they had an tables available before a show, and they happily sat us even though we did not have a reservation. The staff were so attentive and made sure we enjoyed every part of our meal. The steak was to die for and the antipasto platter was very enjoyable too. Not something I'd do too often, but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

Bought my first car from these guys, had a number of issues with it as it had been in a crash and they had not declared this to us, however they were very accommodating whilst they paid to have the damage fixed.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else these days. These guys won't try and sell you things you don't need, if anything they'll try and save you money by telling you when they have sales on etc! They came out far cheaper for my car service.
