We moved to a CBD located apartment and are pleased tenants. The property management team and our concierges are well organized and friendly. The whole apartment building is maintained and the apartment units receive inspections on a regular basis to follow up maintenance issues.
One day our electronic door opener did'nt work anymore all of a sudden, but we just had to go to the southbank office and instantly got a replacement.
Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the office, but all up, they are offering great service.

I have seen Dr Olga Tsirlin for oral hygiene and a filling. She was very friendly and efficient and seemed to be highly experienced.
I have also had my wisdom teeth extracted in two appointments by Dr Mark Farag. He was professional and working quickly, but even so calm and gave me all the instructions I needed regarding the healing process, which turned out to be faster and not as painful as I had expected.
All up the doctors and the support staff were really nice and helpful. Beeing an expatriat and therefor not eligible for medicare, I was happy that the necessary dental procedures weren't expensive at all. I would go back there anytime.
